Me a new bird here on tires. Thinking of changing my 2+ yr tires. But seen lots of thread here with many recommendations? See until

Hope to get good advice from some expert here. I quite particular about noise level so priority will be the noise level and the wet/dry safety. Cost is lowest priority.
