Hi

does anyone know whether 3M liquid wax is just a "protective" wax or "cleaner wax "? I would like to find out whether it can "strips" paint.

I think the orbital machine (I think you're referring to the B&D one that's found at HomeFix) would be a worthwhile investment - if anything, buffing off would be much easier and less of a supplimentary visit to the gym. [thumbsup]

Haven't used the gloss spray before but the car shampoo's not too bad, especially from a suds-producing standpoint, and the tire cleaner's quite good, especially for its price. Only gripe is that it doesn't impart the wet-look on the tires like some others', but then again, that's not what it's meant to do.

Am looking into Meguiars' and Mother's for my next round once I finish this, just for comparision's sake. Someone else in my household uses Autoglym products and they work pretty well, too.

Jason.

I am using Mothers product for my car.. however, a warning, it is very tideous as the process of apply sealant and the followed by wax if you DIY takes more then 3 hours.

If you want quick and good, Klasse will do a better job.

Try Concord Accessories at Golden Wall basement.

Oops....seems like the Mother-related queries have been answered. Thanks, Cool [thumbsup]

As for the Autoglym's, I've not used them before but will find out. I think there's a couple of us who use their products, too....
