Brakes screeching sound is back again

Hi guys my new Lancer is barely 3 months old, and I am already getting screeching from the brakes everytime after I start the car.

 

Initially I thought it was a minor problem, so the first time it happened, I sent the Lancer to C&C Ubi, and they serviced the brakes. After servicing, the brakes were quiet, but lately the sound is getting louder and louder again. It seems like servicing the brakes is not a long term solution.

 

Does any one have experience with this problem? I heard if u install a "shim" on the brakes, that will solve the screeching sound? Its irritating and I want to get rid of it permanently...any ideas?
