will 13" rims and low profile tyres make the car look lower? than compared with the standard 14", but the gap between the arch and wheel will be more issit?

 

or it doesn't affect at all cos the suspension will compensate......

u cant compare it this way...

u have to mention the profile of 13" n 14" tyre...

a 13" can have a high profile n 14" with low profile n their height could be the same...

and u got to check what kind of profile ur car is suitable...

cos it will wffect ur speedo readings...

have to check with those tyre shop boss....

but too small is not too good...no traction..

Gd morning, there is no need to ask around the tyre shops on the 13" tyre cos this size is already obsolete liao. It used to be popular in the early 90s but not now. you should go for 14" like 185-60-14 (at least). More stable and traction. FC no difference with 13"

 

Taiwanese rim or thailand rim or other asia countries made...quality is abt the same. Mostly taiwan made are generally good quality. China is going to design and manufacture good rims so i think they are going to give those good brands like enkei, oz a good run of their money. Many tyre shops carry taiwanese rims because of the local mass market demand. Generally, drivers here want cheap and good-looking rims yet unwilling to pay high price...unless those have spare cash

There are 2 possibilities

1) the car was shipped in with 13" tyres

2) the car was subcon to a accessory/tyre shop here to install 13" tyre. Just as when you want the sport rims, they will send the car to their appointed tyre shop to install the rims and tyres. This is usually done to clear old stocks.

If u intend to change rims, juz ask the SE to get those steel rims 4 u & ask if there's further cash rebate given to u.

 

If u dun tk loan, the finance company got no interest to profit, the SE thus wun get the financing commission & u in turn get less freebies. Tink it in another way, u loan u get more freebies but u gotta pay interest. It's juz like the freebies is on loan tat's all & u r payin 4 them too

 

13inch tyres u still can get. Juz normal ones. Hard to get performace rubbers for 13inch unless u request the shop to order in. If u r into performance tyres, upgrade to 14inch rim for a much more variety performance rubbers.

even for 14'' rims , some performance tyre did not come in this size. e.g Goodyear eagle F1 GS-D3...only from 15'' and above.
