From the front bumper looks like a Passat.

From the side, it looks like a Cefiro.

From the rear, it looks like a Toledo.

 

Interior wise...

Glove compartment looks like the one in E-class.

Head unit area looks like the one in Camrys.

Speedometer is of JDM Accord.

Has wood trimmings of BMW 5 series.

 

From the brochure itself, it looks like it is using the grandeur platform...

So So looking, worse than Sonata in term of exterior styling. I think Hyundai did it right for Sonata Exterior but a let down in its interior. Japanese still make better looking cars than the korean.
