New Car Wash at Balestier Rd

Just to share this new car wash place at Balestier Rd. This one washes cars at the basement car park of the Palace of Lights building.

They claim that their car wash is "Sealant wash", not normal car wash. 1st in Singapore. Nobody has this. Can anyone enlighten me on this?

Good deal. Each wash is $5. Go for 4 times, you will get 5th one free.

They also do Klasse polishing. $48, lasting 18 months.

Today, i just went to try out their $5 wash. (My office is at Balestier Rd)

Not too bad. Still issue a receipt for $5 wash! Shows they quite serious abt their work.

This place is after the Loy Kee Chicken Rice stall. Need to turn left once that Loy Kee Chicken Rice's row of shophouses ends. Should see a big banner displaying the car wash service at the corner of junction.

Business name is called "Hot Wheels"

Once turn left, turn left straight away into the Palace of Lights bldg car park. This is next to a big church.

Overall experience is satisfied. The place is sheltered from sunlight. (Basement Car park). So no need to stand under hot sun.

What brand of sealant do they use for their car wash?

From what I know, the 1st company who do sealant wash uses Hi Glaze 88 exclusively.

They operate at HDB carparks at Tanjong Pagar Plaza, Hougang Central.

Recently, they just set up a car grooming centre at Punggol Plaza. Anyone stays near Punggol can try them.

dunno what sealant they use.... it's only $5, so i dun bother to ask too much. i was thinking to myself, "if this guy is bluffing me, it's ok. it costs the same as i go somewhere to wash.... or even cheaper by $1!"

some more, go for 4 times, get 1 time free.... so i'm ok with whatever sealant or no sealant.........

I also passed by the place this afternoon. At first, i wanted to try, but was later put off by their banner... so much grammar mistake...they even claim 18 months warranty for their polish at only $48? Sometimes, people don't mind cos it is $5 or even $10 for a sealant car wash as long as they do not misrepresent themselves... otherwise it's as good as misleading people

5bucks car wash is cheap thou. as compared to SPC which is collecting $6.

if the vacumm interior plus tyre blacken, wipe interior, it would be a even better deal.

The poster got say that the $48 polishing will guarantee in writing that it will protect the car for 18 months!

maybe $5 wash can try la.... now after my first wash with them, my car still feel a smooth coating on body..... think it's the whatever sealant they used.

with that $5 car wash, they already will blacken tyres.

without vacumm, you can simply request them to wipe interior.... i'm sure they will just do it for you.

they are pretty friendly ppl anyway

icic...but the onli way to make customer come back is

firstly, clean and thorough wash, and clean cloth and dun leave stupid markings,

secondly, reasonable price

thirdly, fast wash, which dun takes too much time.

best is that it has a small snack bar beside it, so that it may attract customer to come by to wash their car, at the same time fill their stomach.
