Aidan 1st Gear August 10, 2005 Share August 10, 2005 Hi guys, I got this tiny chip (like a speck of sand) in my paintwork. Any idea how to patch or remove it? It's not a scratch, can scratch remover work? ↡ Advertisement

Sash7 Neutral Newbie August 15, 2005 Share August 15, 2005 bro..think u need to apply coat by coat onto the chips part.. untill is even with the rest of the paint... buff away excess.. i apply it to my bumper b4.. after i apply the bumper look better but if near distance u still can c sort of like a stain on the paint... but imo looks better than white chip off.. hope some other detailing guru can help... b.t.w i dunno if polishing will remove the chalk stick if u decide to after some time,?? , if it does.. then have to apply again after polishing..
