Any diff - Aveo5 and L5?

Hello...just now I noticed one aveo with the boot shows "aveo L5"....

and any other days, i always see other aveos' boot shows just "aveo5."

The one shows "aveoL5" looks better than the "aveo5" leh...

 

But cannot really zoom in whats da diff cos they are driving fast.

I believe that's the aveo LS that you saw..aveo5 seems to be the newer model in the aveo series of cars..not too sure about the engine specifications and such, but outlook-wise, IMHO, the aveo LS does indeed look a tad bit nicer..well, to each his own

i had a misconception that the 5 at the back represents the number of doors, just like the 5door hatchback Optra is called the Optra5. But now i see an Avea HB and also and Aveo5. Wondering what truly is the difference.

The diff is FL lolx. Basically the exterio luk change, engine dun tink got change...

Aveo LS and Aveo5 different in the facelift only. Aveo5 is the newer version with diff headlamp & front bumper design compare to LS

Correct. Basically both Aveo LS (HB) and Aveo5 (HB) are the same in design and engine. Only difference is that the Aveo5 == Aveo 2005 has a little facelift done to the front. Everything else is the same.

 

The headlamp in the new Aveo5 has a few strips on the side whereas the orignal Aveo LS don't have. Other than this, the front bumper and grill also have some modification in design.

Aveo5 (HB) looks better than AveoLS (HB)...

especially with the few strips at the side of the headlamp

haa, well, whoever owns the aveo obviously digs the looks of it, else there are so many other comparative alternative brands and models of ard the same hatch concept...so ya, Aveo5 or AveoLS, both are nice in their own distinctive ways...so long as the ride is still comfortable to the owner...to each his/her own

Agree...there are many other brand around....but in term of interior space of the HB.....Aveo HB i think is the biggest compare to the rest in it's class.
