Remember the Jaguat C-X75 concept displayed at the recent Paris Motorshow ? If you dream of owning a unit, your dream might be coming true as Jaguar is considering producing the supercar.

Details are limited, but sources have told AutoCar that the company is studying the feasibility of building 1,000 to 2,000 C-X75s a year. However, the decision really comes down to whether or not Jaguar can create the concept's turbine engines.

In an interview, Tony Harper, whom is Jaguar's head of advanced powertrains, stated "We're talking two-to-three years for implementation of the gas turbine technology, then another three-to-four years to integrate into a vehicle." While this sounds like an expensive and drawn out process, building a gas turbine engine is relatively affordable because "there's much less to go wrong. There's about 100 times fewer parts in a gas turbine than an internal combustion engine."

  • A sole-ful tribute

Car enthusiasts are an emotional bunch. So, I naturally develop feelings for things on wheels, be it four wheels or two. However, I was surprised to discover that I had become attached to my old pair of sneakers, whose soles are so worn that it hurts to wear them.  That is the unequivocal signal to retire them. But I must say "Thank you" before bidding them goodbye. The laceless design is convenient, saving time when you need to rush off in the morning Through thick and

My favourite racing game is back!

THERE'S A NEW TOKYO XTREME RACER GAME ON THE WAYYYY!!!! This is the best news for fans of this rather understated and obscure racing game. Also known as Shutoko Battle in Japan, this is a series of racing games by Genki, a Japanese game company that was founded in 1990. Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3 is one of the most popular game in the series as it features many cars, opponents and an extensive map For those that have never heard of these games, I'll give you a quick run-down. “WHAT’S A GOOD USERNAME?!” Such was the source of my agony as I was handed a pair of figurative keys to MyAutoBlog. I’d asked the colleague from IT who was helping me set up this account if I really had to make an account with my work email, hoping I could use the username that came with my personal MCF account instead. “yes”, in lowercase no less, was what I got. Oh well. After a good 10 minutes (I think), I decided on this username (a reference I hope someone gets), juvenile and

I'm not a fan of Christmas.  Let's first set aside the unclear and potentially contentious origins of this particular 'holiday', and my general apathy towards religiosity. (Christians celebrate it as the day of Jesus' birth, though some evidence suggests his actual birth was in the spring. Some historians also note that the Christian traditions of Christmas can be traced back to Pagan roots and the Saturnalia festival, and the chosen 25 December date was an attempt by church leaders to appr
