Toyota Altis gets T-boned by another car after ignoring very obvious road markings

TLDR; road markings were ignored, traffic laws were blatantly flouted, Toyota Altis gets T-boned.

Watch the video for yourself below

Footage was caught of a white Toyota Altis breaking traffic rules by refusing to stop at the stop line and heading straight at a junction when the only options were to turn left or right.

He managed to get his penance when he was collided into by another blue car….hard. Debris fell out from the impact onto the open road.

Hope both parties got out of this incident safely, though from the video it does seem like just the vehicle was damaged.

Next time it might be best to remember that stop lines and traffic rules are there for a reason, hopefully, the Altis driver can learn his lesson from this. Next time he/she might not be so lucky to come out unscathed

Simply slowing down at a stop sign is not sufficient, according to the highway code, it is actually necessary to come to a complete halt.

For driving or riding against the flow of traffic as indicated by traffic signs, as the Toyota Altis did, the driver is liable to a penalty of 6 demerit points as well as a $200 - $250 fine, depending on if you’re a light or heavy vehicle.

Netizen Comments

Netizens have also flocked to express their opinion on the matter and criticize the Toyota Altis for its actions.

The Toyota driver seems hesitant about where he wanted to go. Initially looks like he wanted to turn left and then decided to drive across instead.
Any he also never signalled his intention to exit the minor road into the main road. ://

  • Titan's Fall: Back to Square One

Manchester United have once again signalled a restart with the sacking of Ten Hag, and just days later, announced the appointment of Ruben Amorim, who will join midway through the first half of the current season from Sporting Lisbon. Back to square one yet again for the Red Devils who, despite being one of the most successful clubs in England and biggest clubs in the world, have not won a league title since Sir Alex Ferguson’s retirement in 2013. Since then, they’ve gone through a whole ho

    A right-handers world

I was mid-way through a bike ride in Ladahk, feeling the ache in my right hand, when a thought occurred to me: “Huh, how come the throttle is always on the right side of all bikes?”  Statistically, about 90% of people in the world are right-handed. Full disclosure: I am right-handed, part of this largely ignorant majority.  And if you think about it, some things are designed clearly with that in mind.  Throttle on a motorcycle? Right hand. Accelerator pedal in a car? Right f

    Hard Enduro: The ultimate motorsport?

I enjoy motorsports of all kinds - four wheels good, two wheels better. And while watching them on TV (okay let's be honest Youtube, who even watches TV nowadays) is fun, getting to partake in anything even remotely resembling it, even in a highly truncated, totally superficial manner, is even more exciting.  Earlier this year, I did a short 2.5 day off-road riding 'tour', and it was easily the hardest, most physically demanding 2.5 days I've ever spent on a motorbike. It really gives you a

My inexplicable attraction to instant food

Ready-to-eat microwaveable meals, instant noodles, plane food - these aren't typically the kinds of foods that people will spring for when given a choice. But for some reason, I actually enjoy eating foods like that, and would even find myself craving for them at times. I know, most of you would say it's the salt, seasoning, MSG, sugar and all the unhealthy flavourings that I'm hooked to. And you might be right - but I think it's more than that; there's something about eati
