Lady driver loses control of car sharing Mazda 3, mounts a kerb and crashes into a metal railing at a carpark

Over the years, car-sharing drivers have developed a bad reputation (especially the electric vehicle ones. Not going to mention names).

Today we have a GetGo Mazda 3 though. Throw in a lady driver into the mix and here is what you will get:

What Happened?

This incident occurred at an open-air carpark located in Jurong West.

The video above was filmed by a resident staying directly at the block above the carpark.

The driver supposedly loses control of a GetGo Mazda 3, mounts the kerb and crashes into a row of metal railing.

Subsequently, she attempted to dismount the kerb by reversing the vehicle.

After what seemed like an eternity, she managed to get the vehicle out and parks it in a vacant parking lot.

She then proceeded to alight from the vehicle and walked around it to inspect the damages on the Mazda 3.

The Hilarious Part

This segment of the video was what made me chuckle to myself.

TBH, the camera guy's reaction is so similar to that of a peeping tom when he gets caught LMAO.

@Camera guy You never do anything wrong. Why did you hide?

Final Words

If you can't drive, then don't drive.

You are only putting yourself in danger, and other road users too.

However, if you are so insistent on driving, at least do it with an experienced driver by your side.

My wife dislikes me sitting beside her when she drives. Because I keep nagging her to be cautious etc…

so now she is proficient in driving and parking the car. No scratches. Unlike this lady….. 😑

  • A sole-ful tribute

Car enthusiasts are an emotional bunch. So, I naturally develop feelings for things on wheels, be it four wheels or two. However, I was surprised to discover that I had become attached to my old pair of sneakers, whose soles are so worn that it hurts to wear them.  That is the unequivocal signal to retire them. But I must say "Thank you" before bidding them goodbye. The laceless design is convenient, saving time when you need to rush off in the morning Through thick and

We happy few, we Band of Brothers

It is safe to say that one way or another, the majority of Singaporean men have served their country. Be it sleeping in the jungles of Mandai, walking the beat on the streets of Clarke Quay on New Year’s Eve, or putting out fires (literally) clad in heavy protective gear, most local and naturalised male citizens have given up, as the song goes, “two years of our time”. But many have differing views of National Service. Some see it as a hindrance, a waste of time. Some see it as an opportuni

Christmas colours: What do they actually mean?

The members of the Sgcarmart media team recently put its heads together to prepare something special and festive for our readers and viewers - which you can both read about and watch on Instagram - and as we were sitting down to plan things out, we were faced at one point with a deceptively simple question: What are the different meanings behind the colours we associate with Christmas?  In my very non-expert eyes, three distinct colours stand out: Red, green and white primarily,

Japan is weird. I love it (Part 5)

There are plenty of strange sports in this world. People running from bulls. People running after cheese. Power Slap.  But of course few places do weird quite like Japan. Introducing to you: Bo-taoshi.  The name means 'topple the pole', and that's exactly the name of the game. Except of course its never quite so simple.  You want teams? Oh, you get teams. 150 players, split into 75 offensive and 75 defensive - one holding your pole up, the other attacking another team to topple th
