OMG you sound like the cam car driver with fragile ego!! 😅 how do you expect the other car to communicate with you? isn't a quick flash of highbeam a form of communication to let you know his intention? Communication is the key to prevent accidents as the other party know your intend! that why  car are build with signal lights and we use them when doing left, right, U-turn etc.

BTW 1st lane or right lane isn't meant for car reaching speed limit. speed limit indicate safety legal speed under law, but it  doesn't mean one cannot exceed. if one exceed just prepare to face the law if they are caught, that why there are fine, license revoke etc for speeding. 

Remember people speed for a reason, can be an a**hole just like to speed, but also can be emergency situation  especially families matters eg. families members dying, wife pregnant , children mishap. whether their speeding is legit or not, you wouldn't know and you wouldn’t want to hinder people emergency if that is their case.
