blogentry-133713-0-14397000-1391598254_thumb.jpgMercedes-Benz Japan recently revealed a new special limited edition of its A-Class premium hatchback. Called the 'A 45 AMG 4MATIC PETRONAS Green Edition', it features special exterior/interior designs available under the customisation program from the AMG Performance Studio. Available only in Calcite white, only 30 of these limited edition cars will be produced for the Japanese market.

Its front-end areas, exterior mirrors, rear spoiler, headlamp units, wheel hub caps, and other details are painted in PETRONAS green - the special shade normally reserved for the Mercedes AMG PETRONAS FORMULA ONE® car.

The lucky Japanese will also be the first in the world to get carbon fibre material for the interior.

The green paint on the exterior looks like defacement by a loan-shark runner.

  • Japan: The trend that became a turn-off

While I love the food, the service and the shopping, the sheer number of tourists (me included) has become a turn-off. I'm not talking about those who inconven

    Zebras

On a recent podcast episode, this hilarious nugget of information was brought up: "Zebras have the loudest farts".  What.  I have spent some time Googling this, and I cannot yet definitely verify the accuracy of this statement. But there is some scientific basis to it - zebras are hindgut fermenters, and there's a whole bunch of biology behind it but the important takeaway is that yes, zebras fart plenty. This also explains their 'bum-heavy' shape, similar to cows, horses, el

The best covers are the ones you don't expect

I'm not a fan of Christmas.  Let's first set aside the unclear and potentially contentious origins of this particular 'holiday', and my general apathy towards religiosity. (Christians celebrate it as the day of Jesus' birth, though some evidence suggests his actual birth was in the spring. Some historians also note that the Christian traditions of Christmas can be traced back to Pagan roots and the Saturnalia festival, and the chosen 25 December date was an attempt by church leaders to appr
