It is sad to say, the people here are not "civic minded readiness". Take Japan for example, they allow drinks and food on board, but I have not seen any wrappers or cups been throw around in the train or slipped in between seat or any available gaps. Commuters there prastice self discipline to switch their mobile phones to silent mode when on board and speak softly on the phone or listen to music softly thru their earphones in order not to disturb other commuters. But here is totally different scenario.
