The RS5 is considred to be the highest performance version of the Audi A5 series. Before I continue about the upcoming 2013 Audi RS5 facelift, let me talk a bit about the RS5 for those who are not familiar with it.

Intially presented at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show, the RS5 features a naturally aspirated 4.2 litre V8 engine. It produces 444 bhp and 430 N m or torque. It solely comes with a 7 speed S-tronic transmission. Enough talk about the RS5, lets continue about its facelift.

The biggest change the Audi RS5 receive is on its front end. While the overall shape remains unchanged, the centre grille gets Audi's new clipped top corners and more subtle grille trimming. The headlights are more chiseled now compared to the old rectangular ones. The line of LEDs on the old headlights are replaced with more modern looking light tubes that runs almost around the headlights housing.

The side window trim is now black instead of a metallic shade. The new taillights housing cover are of a darker shade. Interior wise, Audi didn't change much except for a new steering wheel and gear knob. What remains unchanged are the engine, transmission, suspension and its all-wheel drive components but the brake rotors gets a revised design which shaves a total of almost 3kgs on all four corners of the car.

  • A 20-year journey, an old passion rekindled

For us 90s babies, the Holy Trinity of Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network formed a big part of our childhood. The internet was just about coming into fruition, with the rise of a plethora of websites with numerous entertaining flash games and of course, the early days of YouTube. And though those things have come and gone, one thing in my life remained constant: My love for Pokemon. I first got into Pokemon 20 years ago, and I remember exactly how it went down. Let me set the

Less caffeine leads to more dreams

There's nothing like a double espresso to kickstart your morning, especially if it's extracted from medium- or dark-roasted beans. What a tasty way to begin the day. I enjoy coffee, but I'm not a caffeine addict so it's not a must for me to consume. In fact, lately, I've only been drinking it once or twice a week - doing this ensures that when I do drink it (to power my way through a hectic day), the caffeine kick will be well and truly felt. I did not stop drinking coffee thrice a day

Japan: The trend that became a turn-off

Ahh Japan. The destination that many travellers desire. The perennial trending subject on social media. Japanese cuisine, culture, quirks, technology, and everything kawaii have inspired endless posts, stories, reels, YouTube videos, and TikToks. If one didn't know better, you'd think it was the dream destination on this planet. While I love the food, the service and the shopping, the sheer number of tourists (me included) has become a turn-off. I'm not talking about those who inconven

Forget the Future - Embrace the Past

Ah, the future. That shiny, chrome-plated paradise we're all supposed to be chasing. Well, I say bollocks to that. Let's take a cheeky detour down memory lane instead, shall we? Imagine you're lounging in a velvet smoking jacket, sipping brandy from a crystal snifter, surrounded by dusty tomes and antique globes. Sounds rather spiffing, no? That's because old is gold, methinks. While everyone else is frantically scrolling through their social media feeds, we'll be gleefully embracing t
