I'm pretty sure most of us have eaten at Sushi Express before. While there are other more expensive and 'ATAS' sushi places out there, I find myself going back to Sushi Express every so often. Since my days in Poly, till my army days, till today, I still enjoy it a fair bit, but it was only until recently that I found out that it originated from Taiwan.
