To me there's no such thing as "new" car dealer. Whoever it is must be quite experienced in the trade to do it. Problem is that dunno what the dealer used to be in which car dealing company, ie. been in the news before for bad reputation, close old open new. Like sim lim blacklisted shops. I'm not saying it is such a shop but you can never be too cautious.

PIs will always be PIs... There are bound to be some tricks up their sleeves for the those who didn't do enough homework... For those who have done so, it might be a smooth delivery because they can't pull their stunts on you...
