If you are a local grad with 2nd upper and above honours, chances of getting the job very high. Also very easy to jump from one civic sector/stats board to another. ntu grad. but hons not so good. got a msc though. not sure about pay. wonder if the offer is pegged to current pay? +20%? or do they offer based on their internal budget/HR policy? Talk c--k all the way until it was so painful i just wanted to tell the interviewer sorry for wasting your time, Still managed to get an offer... only reason i can think of is academic grades as i only had 2 yrs exp at that time.
