Chiongster Neutral Newbie August 21, 2011 Share August 21, 2011 Depends whether the good is in stock. If it is, then v fast - means ard 2 weeks. If not in stock, then the wait is unpredicatable. Having said that, I have waited 1 month before for an in-stock item, so do budget for a long wait (at least 1 mth) Other than that, do order items individually as opposed to a group. If you order a group of items, they will fill all orders before sending out so there will be a longer delay.
Darthrevan Supercharged August 21, 2011 Share August 21, 2011 i bought a set of iem headphones..from order to delivery took slightly over 1 month..i believe they consolidate the orders from the same country and send en masse to have economy of scale
Vid Hypersonic August 21, 2011 Share August 21, 2011 Like what bros here say, expect waiting time at least a month. I waited nearly 2 months for one of the item that I ordered

Dafansu Turbocharged August 22, 2011 Share August 22, 2011 I order from them very often sometimes can take up to 1.5 months
Yeobh 4th Gear August 22, 2011 Share August 22, 2011 The delay is due to consolidating all the orders going similar destination. For air cargo by having higher gross weight per shipment there will be saving in handling air freight charges. There is a great different in handling air freight charges if you ship 5kg against a cargo of 50kg.

Lattesurf Neutral Newbie August 22, 2011 Share August 22, 2011 Last time about 1yr ago they used to ship directly from their HK office, generally waiting time is about 2 weeks from placing order (1week to collect/package items, 1 wk to ship). Now the last few times I buy from them, they ship from their China office instead. Waiting time now about 3weeks at best. I usually go for the registered mail option, maybe got extra few days delay? Usually around 2 weeks after your item is sent to the post office. You can use the tracking to see, but for registered parcels, there is a minimum price, otherwise it'll be sent by normal post which can take up to at least 3 weeks. Joajas Neutral Newbie August 22, 2011 Share August 22, 2011 (edited) I frequently buy from them. Usually if your item is in stock, it takes them about a week (5 work days) from receiving your order to being updated as shipped. If you buy a number of items and not all in stock, they will ship out those items in stock first according to the 1 week time line. You will receive a card in your first package informing you which item is missing. So don't be alarmed if some items are missing in the package you receive. You will also notice on your DX account, under that particular invoice, all items will be marked as shipped, but those not included in the initial package will have their status updated in a few days to reflect the true status. The second package that holds missing items from the first shipment is usually sent as non registered mail, meaning no tracking number will be given. You will likely receive this package in your mailbox. Now about the shipping part, if you use their free delivery, you packages could be shipped as registered or non registered article depending on the purchase amount. DX is currently using either Hong Kong Post or China Post. Usually Hong Kong post is faster, I usually get my parcel via Hong Kong Post within 10 workdays from the moment DX marked them as shipped. For Parcels via China Post I usually get them within 15 work days. Once your parcel is marked as shipped and delivered using registered mail, you will be given a tracking number. the status will usually only appear about 2 days after receiving the tracking number on either the Hong Kong Post or China Post. You should be able to click on the tracking number and it should bring you directly to the tracking webpage of the postal service used. Once your package leaves Hong Kong or China, you will have to wait till it arrives here and scanned by singpost before the status is updated on singpost's registered mail tracking page. I usually use Track-Trace.com to track my articles. On the webpage itself scroll down to Post/EMS(with USPS), insert your tracking number in the box and click track. It should load either the Hong Kong post or China post tracking page, then click on the "select country" tab, look for Singapore and click, it should load the singpost tracking page directly.
