Sent my toyota vivos for repair at Tomika Alexandra Village today. Very good service and reasonable price. Sent car at 11+am and it was ready for collection before 2pm. Highly recommended!

No offence to those who supported Mark Cool...went there to check on my compressor as there will sound whenever it kicks in. They dun seems to be interested in checking. Just asked me to go back agent...if wanna do...they only change a new compressor. Can't be bother to see if it's the compressor clutch issue and etc. I ended up just leave that place.

 

End of the day...it's the compressor clutch which is the root of the problem. Problem solved by a workshop. No need change the whole compressor. Thank God didn't take Mark-Cool's stupid advise like change the whole damn compressor or go back to the stupid AD. Wasting my time.

 

Worst still....if some bros going to intro me Tomika....that stud up boss....think his business too good till he can be so damn rude on the phone. Asked him when is convenient for me to go down and let them do a diagnose...he told me they are busy and will not know when they free. I even offered to give him my number then call me when he have timeslot...he said " I will not call you as I m always busy" WTF I will never give such idiot business.

 

Can't believe that they are two most reputable aircon specialists.

Which branch is it? The one at Ubi or Bukit Merah?

 

The one I went to at Ubi not bad leh.

 

Anyway, there's another aircon shop further down the row from Tomika at Ubi. My bro changed his C class compressor there. The boss is knowledgeable and friendly. Price is higher than Tomika by $30 though.

Bro...any idea what's that shop's name which u mentioned. I don't mind keep them in mind for future needs. Pay abit more for better service...y not. But not to those lousy attitude workshops. :angry:

Ubi Service is very good test my aircon untill 100% sure of the problem then ask me go agent fix. i will got back tomika if i got any aircon problems

Go to their website...his face is there! Be it Ubi or Bt Merah....as long as he is the boss....sorry.....I will not give him business...anyway he won't be bothered by a small fly like me lah...

Checked on my compressor....many workshop told me to change....but for Kim....no need....just tighten the belt...the irritating sound gone. $10 for 30min work and inspection. He is very experienced....nice chap with two nice workers.
